With over four decades of experience, our director, Tony A’ Bear mentored our director, Siyamazi Ndlovu, who in turn has developed a passion for mentorship and aims to provide guidance to young black women within the geotechnical industry.

Tony A’ Bear began his career as a technician, and received a university degree some years later. As a result, he always tries to give technicians the necessary experience in the field that is needed for them to receive a diploma. Bear Geo Consultants always therefore employs one intern that is studying.
